Wine making : Traditional method carried out directly in the winery (Bottling, Sparkling, Storage, Disgorging, expedition liquor with Cuvée Granite and Prestige).
Yield: 95Hl
Age of the vines: 60 years old for the Melon of Bourgogne plots and 5 years old for the Black Grolleau plots.
